grasshopper cupcakes! a chocolate cake with creme de menthe “whipped” frosting. topped off with a hershey’s kiss and a fresh mint leaf! a HUGE hit on a hot summer day. the light, fluffy frosting with a hint of mint aftertaste is incredibly refreshing… a fantastic summer treat!

these are one of my favorites so far. very light with whip cream topping, oh so wonderful. also not too chocolately, i am not much of a chocolate fan. i am hope for a vanilla lovers one. great job ladies! another home run.
